I wanted to write a quick blog to encourage those out there that feel they are struggling and aren’t sure how to get on track. I wanted to remind you that there are many counselling options in Surrey. Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed or angry it sometimes helps talking to a neutral party with training in the field of counselling psychology.
It’s okay to experience intense feelings, but if your thoughts are interrupting your ability to sleep, eat or sustain healthy relationships; it might be worth your time and money to talk with someone who will listen and tailor a treatment plan that will help you get back on track.
I know this may sound cliché: but you are not alone out there. If your sleep, eating or daily routines have been interrupted and you cannot seem to ‘snap’ out of it, you may be showing some signs of depression. If you appear like you are ‘flighting’ or ‘fighting’ on a continual basis and others think there is not a need to do so, you may be dealing with excess anxiety.
